I’ve often been asked why the name Baskets Ahoy? Baskets Ahoy became a vision in 2005 while residing in Port Stanley, Ontario. Being anchored to port, for the love of the sand, waves, and most certainly the fishing, I was captivated by the Ports’ quaintness, friendliness, and serenity. Keeping my business “small and personalized,” has been my goal over the past years.

I have had the pleasure of creating gifts for weddings, holidays, birthdays, fundraising, corporate events, employee appreciation, and client appreciation. The greatest pleasure for me is being able to see the joy and satisfaction of the gifter and gift recipient. This is quite simply the reason why Baskets Ahoy has remained in business since 2005.  Spreading joy is the best gift one could ever give.
